The Food
The fresh handmade crust is what makes this
pizza so good. Dough is made several times daily in small batches so you will
always have a fresh crust. They use 100% real cheese and pepperoni, and their
veggies are freshly cut. Each pizza is made to order from "as close to
scratch" as it gets. Do you like mushrooms? This pizzeria has 3 different
varieties. Choose from combinations such as the award-winning Greek pizza,
topped with artichoke hearts, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes & feta
cheese. Another favorite is the Ultimate pizza, with two types of
pepperoni and two types of mushrooms. Their pizza comes in three sizes:
12" 14" and 16". Be prepared for heavy portions of toppings and
cheese. The 16" Supreme pizza for example weighs almost 5 pounds
with approximately 1 1/4 pounds of cheese on it! The menu has expanded through
the years, however, the recipes have stayed true to the same standards that
make this truly one of Columbus' best pizzas!
